Chemical Feeding

 

The chemical drugs corresponding to the three types of PE medicine barrels are sulfuric acid, polyaluminum chloride, and polyacrylamide, all of which have separate pumps and chemical feeding devices.

-The PH of the water will be adjusted to best reaction state by the automatically feeding.

And the pump will adjust PH to the best reactive by acidification such as PAC,PAM to get rid of COD,SS and other particle contaminant.

Filter Tank

Two filter tank: carbon filter tank and sand filter tank-Each tank with the filter material inside.
The tank are also made by stainless steel.
The water after filter will be more clean.

 

 

Plate and Frame Press Filter

Filter presses separate liquids and solids. Specifically, the filter press separates the liquids and solids using pressure filtration across a filter media. Afterward, the slurry is pumped into the filter press and then dewaters under pressure.Press the sludge into dry form for easily carry-away-The sludge after press will get two kinds of form, dry form and liquid form
-Dry form will be carried away and liquid form will come back to the water treatment for further processing.
