General description:

Based on years of experience in trunking extrusion production technology, our company has developed a hydraulic trunking punching machine with stable performance. , High precision, compact structure, stable transmission, simple operation and low noise. Using fully automatic programming control, high production efficiency.

     This machine is mainly composed of side hole punching machine and bottom hole punching machine. When working, the wire trough without cover is placed on the horizontal conveyor. The wire trough is sent to the fixed position under the longitudinal pushing cylinder by the horizontal conveyor belt. The cylinder is sent to the belt tractor track, and the belt tractor (controlled by a servo) sends the wire groove to the punching die (both sides and bottom are punched at the same time, the bottom hole spacing is multiple of the side hole spacing), and the punching is hydraulically punched After the system has punched the hole, the slot is dropped into the finished product stacker and can be packaged.
