PP Strapping Band/Packing Strap Extrusion Line

General descriptions:
This production line is used for making full automatic PP strapping band and manual PP strap band for packing usge, with 100% PP recycled granules as materials. The width of the strap band is 5-32 mm, Thickness is from 0.4-2.5 mm.
Packing belt equipment adopts extruder of 38CrMoALA screw, especially suitable for high-grade packing belt production, automatic feeding system. The unit all adopts frequency conversion motor drive and automatic intelligent temperature control system, realize the energy saving effect greatly and make the performance of extruder more stable.

Machine Advantages of pp strap making machine:
1. This line is specially designed for the production of PP Straps. It can produce 2 PP Straps at the same time that saves energy
by 20%-30%;
2. Both the Shaping Water Tank and Calibrating Tank are made of stainless steel that the tanks are long-lived;
3. PLC Controller by touching keys with alternative languages, which is safe and easy to operate that keeps good status of all
part and ensures the stable performance of whole line and continuous production of PP Straps.

1) PP raw materials do not need to separate the dry and water treatment . There are automatic circulation on preheating and
drying that save a large number of equipment investment and reduce the production cost by 30%;
