Application:
This extrusion line is used to produce PP/PE/PC hollow board.
PP hollow board is widely used in advertising background, stationery materials, industrial packaging, product shockproof, etc. The most common ones we have are turnover boxes, detachable combination boxes, finished product packaging boxes and box partitions, etc. Hollow boards are generally made of environmentally friendly, pollution-free, recyclable thermoplastic polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (HDPE) resin and various auxiliary materials. In addition, there is a polycarbonate (PC) hollow board, also known as sunshine board, glass capron board, PC hollow board, which is made of high-performance engineering plastic PC resin. It has the characteristics of high transparency, light weight, impact resistance, sound insulation, heat insulation, flame retardancy, and anti-aging. It is a high-tech, comprehensive performance, extremely excellent, energy-saving and environmentally friendly plastic sheet, and is currently a widely used plastic building material in the world.
With auxiliary machines: automatic die-cutting machine, bookbinding machine, creasing machine, and printing machine. The hollow grid sheet can be slit, printed, weld, bound into the box.

Process flow:
Auto-loader -> Hopper dryer -> Single screw extruder -> Screen changer ->Vacuum calibrator -> 5-roll haul-off machine ->Anneal Oven->Corona unit->Cutting Machine->Stacker
