PE PP Pelletizing/Granulating Line is a popular plastic recycled equipment that utlizes advanced technology to transform polymer materials into small, uniform pellets or granules. The equipment has several components, including an extruder, cooling system, cuting and pelletizing unit, conveyor system, and control panel. The extruder melts the polymer and extrudes through a die head, granules of uniform size made by the water ring pelletizer, then pass through a cooling system, which solidifies and cools them to a desired temperature. The finished pellets pass through a conveying system that delivers them to storage hopper or packaging equipment.

Pelletizing ways:

1. Strand cutting

The size of the pellets is uniform. The output of the pellets is large. It has a long service life. Suitable for cutting PA,PP, PE, BOPP, PVC, PET, PC, ABS, etc.

2. Water-ring cutting

The water ring pelletizer adopts the die surface hot cutting system, which not only ensures the smooth and beautiful appearance of the granules, but also enters the cooling water ring in time after the pellets are cut out. Flexible design for die head and cutter knife, which can replace the cutter knife within 2 ~ 3 minutes, with high production efficiency and good stability.
