Production flow
Raw material +master batches → mixing → vacuum feeder→ material dryer → single screw extruder ( small CO-extruder ) → mould → vacuum calibration tank → spray cooling tank ( water tank) → haul-off unit → cutting machine→ stacker
Characters:
1. PLC control, high automation level
2. It adopts special screw stem to make good plastic-fiction result
3. Adopting compound spiral engine head, effectively deleting memory function of the material
4. Vacuum calibration, constant temperature control, eliminating pipe stress
5. Adopting co-extrusion head to improve the tube with color line
6. High extrusion capacity, low energy consumption
