Tension Forming Machine
The tension forming machine is mainly used as an aging treatment method to prevent the membrane from unraveling after secondary orientation stretching. It mainly consists of five parts: insulation box, heating device, air circulation device, box cover opening device, and fixed roller.
Embossing Machine
The embossing machine is mainly used to emboss the surface of the strip after the second stretching to improve the strength and friction of PET plastic rigid belts. It is mainly composed of embossing rollers and lifting cylinders to press the handwheel screw rod. .
Winder and Weighing Machine
PLC control, high precision and small error. Easy to operate, easy to learn and use. The winding machine has the advantages of simple structure and low manufacturing cost. The size of the roll diameter has no effect on the speed of winding.
