PE PP miller are primarily used to process PE/PP granules or crushed materials into fine powder. It is a core piece of equipment in the rotational molding industry and is also widely used in polymer modification and plastic recycling. 1. Grinding Rotor & Disc Blades
High-speed rotor: Employs a precision-balanced rotor disc, typically rotating at 3000-4000 rpm.

2. Airstream System

Lubrication: Equipped with an automatic or centralized grease supply system to ensure the bearings do not overheat or become damaged during 24-hour continuous operation.
4. Temperature Monitoring System
Intelligent Monitoring: A temperature sensor is installed at the grinding chamber outlet.
Interlock Protection: When the temperature inside the chamber exceeds the set value (e.g., 65ºC), the feeding system will automatically slow down or stop to prevent PE from melting and seizing the bearings.
5. Cyclone & Airlock
Cyclone Separation: A high-efficiency cyclone collector accurately separates air from powder, reducing dust spillage.
Air shut-off valve: The bottom adopts a rotary discharge valve to ensure smooth material discharge and no air leakage.

1. Grinding Blade
Material: Made of high-quality alloy tool steel (such as SKD-11), vacuum heat-treated for high hardness and excellent wear resistance.
Design: The new cutter structure increases the collision frequency of materials within the grinding chamber. The blades can be re-sharpened and reused after wear, significantly reducing consumable costs.
2.Precision Bearing System
Brand: Standard configuration includes bearings from well-known brands (such as NSK or ZWZ), ensuring excellent stability of the spindle at high speeds.
Sealing: Employs a multi-layered dustproof sealing design to effectively prevent micro-powder from entering the bearing and causing jamming.
3.Cooling System
Grinding chamber is equipped with a densely packed water circulation jacket.
Function: PVC is highly heat-sensitive; the water cooling system effectively removes the large amount of heat generated during grinding, preventing the material from melting or discoloring inside the chamber, thus ensuring powder quality.
4.Vibrating Sieve System
Function: The ground powder is filtered through a vibrating screen. Fine powder that meets the standards enters the collection bin, while coarse powder that does not meet the standards is automatically returned to the grinding chamber for secondary grinding through the return pipe.

Alternatively, you can take the high-speed rail to Zhangjiagang Railway Station. We will pick you up from the airport or railway station to visit my factory and discuss business.

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 45-60 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to what kind of machine you need.
