2.This single shaft plastic shredder is new designed especially for shredding (1)various big solid&hard materials, as plastic container, drum & barrel, extrusion injection lumps, multi-layer plastic pipes; (2)wood, wood case, wood pallet, tree, carton and books(paper); (3)as well as soft material like plastic film, woven bag & jumbo bag, fiber textile(used clothes) which the normal crusher can not handle generally.
3.The materials are pushed into the shredding chamber by hydraulic. Independent drive system and solid structure make the running stably.

Blade
1. The blade base and blade on the rotary roller can be disassembly. It is easy to clean and maintenance.
2. The rotary blade use V shape installation so that the blade can cut material evenly, it can decrease the noise and decrease
energy consumption.
3. Each fixed blade with 2 cutting knife dege, when the fixed blade is wear, it can be rotated to 180 degree, then the blade
cancontinue to use.
4. Each rotary blade with 4 cutting knife edge, when the rotary blade is wear, it can be rotated to 90 degree, then the blade can continue to use.
Mesh Screen
Mesh size is usually around 40mm, which can be designed according to customer requirement. The final size of the material is determined by the mesh hole.
PLC program control system, automatically rotating, shut down, safe and reliable running of the machine. The blade can rotate opposite direction. Electrical part brand: Siemens, Delixi and so on.
The main axis is drive by gearbox, its running very stably, low noise and strong power.
