PVC Edge Banding Machine
PVC edge band making machine is used to produce PVC edge band which is popular used for the cross section
of furniture plate for protection, decoration. We can make the size of 19-100mm width and 0.4-2mm thickness. The surface of PVC edge band is treated by printing. By switching printing roller,the surface of PVC edge band can get different design.
We can use single screw extruder or double screw extruder to produce PVC edge band according to customer
requirement.
Main features of PVC edge banding production line:
1. speed controlled by inverter, saving power and easy to adjust speed
2. extruder temperature controlled by Omron intelligent controller, temperature fluctuation self adjusting
3. easy to control production line(online printing)

We will test machines in our factory before delivery. Customer check machines running in our factory, after customer is fully satisfied with the quality, then delivery, when machines arrive in customer's factory, we will send our engineer to test the machine in customer's factory

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 45-60 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to what kind of machine you need
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance ,70% balance before shipment or Negotiable
